    By submitting any form of deposit, payment and / or request to render any pampering services of any kind by/ from All From The Heart Designs it's said employees, board members, members of staff you understand and agree to the terms and conditions that we the listed above mentioned and those doing business under after properly being made aware by our official correspondence will not be in anyway held responsible legally or financially for you or anyone whom you book an appointment(s) on behalf of contracting COVID-of any sort nor will any member of All From The Heart Designs be held legally or financially liable for any form of illness and/or infection that comes of the clients customer. Upon receipt of any service, service request and or payments of any kind you and any party paying on your behalf or submitting forms on your behalf immediately agree to release all staff, owners, members of All From The Heart Designs LLC, AFTHD , All From The Heart Designs of any wrong-doing, legal actions and or defamatory actions, suits or compensation for any reason that may or may not arise in any future to come.
  • What is the penalty for arriving late to appointments at AllFromTheHeartDesigns?
    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing you to arrive late to your appointment. However, we kindly ask that you arrive on time so that we can provide you with the best possible service and avoid delaying other clients' appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may be charged. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
  • What should I do if I will be late?
    We encourage our clients to communicate with us as soon as possible if they will be running late for their appointment. We kindly ask that you give us a call at (678-224-1598) to let us know about your delay. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we can provide the best service to all of our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
  • Do I have to pay a deposit?
    Yes. ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and required to secure your desired appointment. -When booking a normal salon appointment during normal hours your deposit goes towards your appointment total. -Special Hours Request have seperate fees from your creation(service) total. And only serves to secure appointment. Meaning: Salon normal hours are 10am to 8pm. If you book a time before 10am or after 8pm you will be charged for VIP HOURS up to $25 which is the deposit amount. And you still incur the full total for services.
  • How can I pay my deposit?
    When you decide your creation and click book now after completing questions you will be asked to make deposit using card.(MASTERCARD, VISA,CREDIT/DEBIT). Yes you can use your chime and cash app card to submit deposit and PAYPAL. If you are requesting a unapproved appointment or mobile appointment outside coverage area you will receive a payment request for deposit.
  • Do I have to pay for MAKE ME V.I.P?
    Yes. If you select MAKE ME V.I.P for after/before hours. Those options have a separate fee from the creation you are booking for. To submit your deposit please contact salon number at 6782241598, to complete a consulation/ discuss avaliabiltity. You will incur a upcharge if your appointment falls on a hoilday or weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday). Please be available for consultation to discuss creation prior to appointment date.
  • What type of payments are accept? BOOKING & CLASSES
    AFTHD currently accepts cash, card and paypal for deposit purposes. For ending payments AFTHD accepts cash and card (Card fee $1.50) Cash deposits will only be accepted, if you are scheduling a future appt. during a session or in salon staff presents. **We do not carry change for large bills and ask that cilents bring small bills for appointment if paying with cash.
  • What type of payments are accept? STORE & SHOPPING
    AFTHD ONLY accepts card payment for site orders. For on-hand/pop-up shopping payments AFTHD accepts cash and card (Card fee $1.50) **We will only have a small amount of change if any. And cannot promise to accomodate for large bills and ask that customers bring small bills when planning to attend pop-up shops.
  • How do I add comments for my appointment?
    Place your comments in the notes section located on the booking checkout page . Guest can also call salon directly at 678-224-1598 before you book. Enjoy a friendly stress-free 20 minute consultation if unsure or find the chat button at the bottom right corner of website.
  • Can I insert pictures for my upcoming appointment?
    You can send your name the date/time you are desiring to book with your pictures to 678.224.1598 or click the chat button in the bottom right hand corner of website.PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT before you receive your consultation, if you want a certain creation.
  • I want a fullset of nails, but how do I choose my length?"
    Click on bookings from the home page, it will take you to the services we offer. If you are booking for nails, etc. you will click image in the catergory and length you want to book. Read the details service page to see what all is included. If you already have nails on and need a fill-in please only choose the fill-in option.
  • I selected my fullset, now what?"
    If you want gel polish or bling nails , a custom/ colored nail powder, please browse ADD-ONS. In this selection you will find pricing and a list of other things offered such as cut downs, soak-offs, bling and nail art. If want to choose something from this list and add it to booking checkout page of your main creation in the booking process.
  • What if I need my appointment for a time not listed?
    If you need a nail appointment and it's not inside normal business hours, Call 678-224-1598 to request BEFORE/AFTER HOURS appointment. If you need a last-minute appointment call number above. Some special hours are visible to book on site however it may be cancelled if not available. If you see the afterhour time you desire on the booking calendar please CALL: 678-224-1598 BEFORE you book BEFORE/AFTER HOURS appointment to confirm it's availability .
  • Where can I see more pictures of your salon's work?
    We do have some of the tech's work floating on our website under our gallery.
  • Do you offer shipping?
    Yes. Via USPS **SAME-DAY DELIVERY in some areas are NOW AVAILABLE see store for pricing.
  • Are gift certificates transferable?
    Yes if you want to give someone else the gift certicate and value of certificate can only be used one time. No you cannot give away coupons.
  • Returns and Refunds
    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is on all purchases, however case to case bases AFTHD may offer store credit only and this at the discretion of company not customers request.
  • How long before my order ships?
    Nail supply orders will ship in 1-3 days from the approval of payment. Not including orders going out on Sundays. Example: An order placed on Saturday after 2pm will not be process out until the coming Monday . Depending on order it may ship Monday but please allow up to 3 business days for order to ship. Any orders placed during the week M-F will be processed as soon as possible.
  • How long before my order gets to me?

With the several delays in shipping transitions once orders leave AFTHD Hub we are not in control of the delivery time. But depending on the delivery option you choose your order will arrive in that time.
  • How long for my press-on nails to ship?
    Allow 2 to 3 business days after request for order to be completed and payment approval. If you need a fast turn around on a press-on set please contact store to discuss as well as choosing a fast delivery option. You will receive an email when your press-on nails are being created. As well as when they ship.
  • Can I have guest at my home during appointment?
    Yes. I do not mind other people in the home.
  • Can I have pets in the room during in-house appointments?
    As much as we love our furry friends, we kindly request that pets are kept out of the room during your in-house appointments. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of both the client and the artist. Also to ensure our products and equipment remain safe and sanitary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
  • About babies/kids:
    Please have a open space that small chidren can avoid directly taking in any fumes from nail products. We also ask that you keep all children away from the servicing area for safety and to prevent accidents.
  • Need to know for home appointments:
    Please be sure space is open and clean. No sick people around tech. Please wear face mask while being serviced. Tech will bring a table and chair, please let us know if you need a chair as well.
