MOBILE POLICY/TERMS - PLEASE READ
While a technician is entering your home/office AFTHD ask all clients to provide a space where services are performed.

Non smoking space ( of any kind)

Family pets/animals. (Technician will not approach property where loose animals, family pets are not accompanied by owner or continue services while having to redirect pets.

Space must be clean and ventilated.

Children are not allowed to play at the nail station, to prevent accidents.

FEES & DEPOSITS:
-
Travel Fee is included in the service price for major services (up to 20 miles)
**After 20 miles there is a $10 fee for distance up to 30 miles. If service location is pass 30 miles additional travel charge may apply and will be discuss before time of appointment.

AFTHD does require deposit to confirm all scheduled appointments.

If Nail Technician arrives to service location day of appointment and services are not performed fault of client, the full service total will be due in full at that time.

CANCELLATIONS:

If guest cancels more than 48 hours before scheduled appointment you can reschedule (1) time within 10 days of said appointment.

If Guest cancels less than 48 hours of schedule appointment you will forfeit any deposits/funds received.

All guest will be required to pay 50% of there total if appointment is canceled less than 24 hours from day of appointment and will be charged 100% of service if canceled day of appointment or no show.

REPAIRS:

Guest must contact All From The Heart Designs within 3 days of receiving service in order to have repair/ issue resolved at no additional price.

The above statement differs if this is an old nail set, someone else work is present, guest rushed the processed/ ask for certain steps to be skipped or a new foundation was encouraged.

WE ACCEPT CASH / CARD FOR ENDING PAYMENT PLEASE HAVE SMALL BILLS.
1st Time Customer please look out for email from ALL FROM THE HEART DESIGNS to confirm new appointments or request.
