Do you offer same day?

**SAME-DAY DELIVERY in some areas are NOW AVAILABLE see store for pricing and restrictions. If you pay for same-day and your delivery address is outside the coverage area your order will be shipped instead.

Are gift certificates transferable?

Yes if you want to give someone else the gift certificate and value of certificate has not been used it can only be used one time. No you cannot give away gifted coupons.

 

Returns and Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is on all purchases, however case by case bases AFTHD may offer store credit only and this is at the discretion of company not customers request.

How long before my order ships?

Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days after payment is verified. 1 -2 days does not include orders place on or directly before a holiday or when we and USPS is closed.

Example: An order placed on Saturday after 2pm will not leave hub until the following Monday. (If it does not fall on a holiday). Depending on order it may ship Monday but please allow up to 2 business days.

Any orders placed during the week M-F will be processed as soon as possible.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

After payment approval and order ships out. The timeframe of your package reaching the shipping address provided is based on the shipping method the customer chose at the time of checkout.

We ask that all of our star customers allow for email/ tracking updates to be process before becoming weary.

Due to current world challenges, delays caused during shipping/transportation once orders leave AFTHD Hub we are not in control of the delivery time. But depending on the delivery option you choose your order will arrive in that time.

How long for my press-on nails to ship?

Allow 2 business days for order to be completed. If you need a fast turn around on a press-on set please contact store to discuss as well as choosing a fast delivery option. You will receive an email when your press-on nails are being created. As well as when they ship.
